Hose and fitting shops leaking time and money

Bulk hose, crimp fittings, and the thread on the end. NPT, JIC, and ORFS are not the same part because the hose size matches. I build a custom intelligent system for that shop.

Sound familiar?

  • A hydraulic shop sends the same hose and JIC ends until that machine is done, then the account goes quiet.

  • A coil cut for one repair is still on the rack, and you reorder that hose size anyway.

  • An assembly is quoted from the last JIC buy after the ORFS ends on the ticket cost a different buy.

How I find it

  1. Sales history by hose, end style, and thread, not only by hose size.

  2. Purchases, including the coil that was cut for one repair.

  3. Your accounting system, where the assembly quote and the invoice can be set side by side.

What the system does

It watches hose and fitting sales and purchases 24/7. It pings you when a hydraulic account orders less, when a coil isn’t moving, or when the assembly quote and the last buy stop lining up. It never takes action on its own. You decide.

SampleThe usual hose assembly is still quoted from the last JIC buy. The ORFS ends on the last purchase do not match that quote.

You decide

You choose the call, the reorder, and the quote. Nothing is crimped and nothing is quoted until you say so.
