Supply shops I build for

I build intelligent systems for independent, owner-run supply shops with their own warehouse. Fasteners, bearings, and hose and fittings have pages. The other trades are here so you can see yourself. I add a page when the work is real.

Trades

Sound familiar?

  • A contractor account orders the same kit until the job ends, then goes quiet.

  • A bin looks full of a size nobody is buying, and another reorder is already on the way.

  • The counter says yes while the shelf is already short.

How I find it

  1. Sales history, so a quiet account is on paper and not only in your head.

  2. Purchases, so a reorder is not already sitting in receiving.

  3. Your accounting system, where the same order often gets typed again.

What the system does

The system watches sales and purchases 24/7, keeps track of the shop, and pings you. It never takes action on its own. You decide who to call and what to reorder.

SampleA steady account has not ordered the kit they usually reorder. The bins you bought for them are still full.

You decide

You choose the call, the reorder, and what stays on the shelf. The system does not make that call for you.

Questions

Which trades have pages?

Fasteners, bearings, and hose and fittings. The other trades are listed so you can see if your shop fits. I start with a free leak audit either way.

Do I have to be one of those trades?

No. The system is built for your shop. Those three trades are the ones with their own pages.

Where do you start?

A free 20 minute leak audit. I look at how the shop runs and show you where time and money leak.

Find your leaks before they cost you.

Free 20 minutes. No obligation.
