Crafta Studio text messaging.

These terms govern the Crafta Studio text messaging program operated by Crafta Studio LLC. By expressly agreeing to receive our text messages, you accept these terms.

Program description

Crafta Studio may send low-volume conversational and customer-care text messages related to your interaction with us. Messages may include missed-call acknowledgments, responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and support follow-ups. We do not use this program for purchased lists or unsolicited cold text messaging.

You may enroll by giving Crafta Studio clear verbal permission during a phone conversation after we explain the nature of the messages, expected frequency, message and data rates, and how to get help or opt out. We will ask for a clear yes-or-no response and send an enrollment confirmation if you consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointment, and replies. You will generally receive no more than five messages per inquiry or appointment unless you continue the conversation or request additional support. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help or email brian@crafta.studio. To receive messages again after opting out, you must provide new consent.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed. Crafta Studio may change or discontinue the program at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information, SMS consent records, and other personal information. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
